1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing fardenclinic.az or by booking, attending or paying for any service of Farden Aesthetic Clinic ("Clinic"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

2. Services

The Clinic provides aesthetic plastic surgery, injectable and apparatus cosmetology, dermatology, physiotherapy and IV therapy. Information on this website is for general guidance only and is not a substitute for in-person medical assessment.

Specific treatment plans, products, prices and recovery timelines are determined during an individual consultation by a qualified physician.

3. Bookings & Appointments

• Online forms are requests; appointments are confirmed by our patient coordinator.
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Late or missed appointments may forfeit any deposit.
• International patients receive a free initial consultation.
• Rescheduling by the Clinic may occur for medical or operational reasons; we will offer the next available slot at no cost.

4. Medical Disclaimer

All medical procedures carry risks. Individual results vary based on anatomy, lifestyle, age and post-procedure care. Before-and-after photographs depict actual patients; outcomes for new patients are not guaranteed to match.

Information on this website is not a diagnosis or medical recommendation. Always consult a qualified physician before deciding on a procedure. The Clinic's physicians will explain risks, alternatives and expected results during your consultation.

5. Eligibility & Adult Content

Surgical and most cosmetic services are offered to adults aged 18 and above. Specific procedures (e.g. labiaplasty, gynecomastia surgery) are intended exclusively for adults and are not performed on minors. Any patient under 18 may receive only services explicitly authorised by Azerbaijani healthcare law and only with full informed consent of a legal guardian.

6. Patient Photographs & Testimonials

Before-and-after photographs and testimonials displayed on this website are published only with prior, explicit, written consent of the patient on a separate consent form. Patients may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@fardenclinic.az; we will remove the relevant materials within 30 days.

7. Payment

• Pricing shown on the website is indicative; final pricing is set during consultation.
• Deposits may be required to confirm surgical procedures; deposit terms are explained at booking.
• Currencies accepted: AZN, USD, EUR, plus major credit cards and bank transfer.
• Refunds follow Azerbaijani consumer law and are explained per procedure during consultation.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content — text, images, photos, logos, design — is property of the Clinic and protected by Azerbaijani and international copyright. No reproduction or distribution without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Clinic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Our maximum aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the specific service in question. This limitation does not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Azerbaijani law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Baku, Azerbaijan, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
